received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University, Long
Beach with a Major in Geography and Marketing. Paul's knowledge of the

Gove is a buyer specialist and has over 17 years experience in real
estate and the title insurance business. Rica, a mother of a school
aged child, has volunteered and worked for a local school district and
is well prepared to answer important questions on schools and the
community. Rica's upbeat and positive attitude and her excellent
communication skills not only helps make our clients' house hunting
process productive but also enjoyable. |

Eileen
DuRoss is Paul's wife and Listing/Escrow Manager. Eileen has 19 years
experience and was the office manager of a large real estate company
for 13 years before joining Paul as his assistant. She is very familiar
with the mechanics of a real estate transaction and her knowledge,
computer skills and tremendous work ethic helps our clients' real
estate experience sail along without a hitch. |
